Bindery/Finishing
To help you meet deadlines, we offers many in-house bindery and finishing solutions. We're equipped with a multi-binder that can collate, fold, stitch and face trim up to 80 page booklets at a rate of 500 booklets per hour. Our perfect binder can produce up to 200 books per hour with a spine thickness of up to 2 and our folder can produce 8 roll or angle folds at up to 1000 folds per hour. We also have an auto creaser that replaces traditional scoring by employing a unique creasing rule to prevent cracking. Our Spine Master finishes multi bound booklets to look as if they are perfect bound. The improved look of the finished booklets also comes with the benefit of much more efficient packaging. Other finishing solutions that we offer in-house are coil binding, laminating, numbering, perforating and traditional scoring. We are also able to mount posters on many materials up to 3/4 thick.
